Hi Bob. I don't know who you are but I googled my camera problem and found your answer for the white screen. THANK YOU!! I don't know how you figured it out but I'm sure glad you took the time to post it. One rap and we're all good. My camera wasn't working this morning and you can bet I was looking around at these kids (all six of them) to figure out who dropped the camera, busted it and didn't want to 'fess up! wow -- we are so happy to find a FREE fix!! Unbelievable. I absolutely did NOT believe this would work. But, one rap with my knuckle, and the screen is working perfectly. My family thinks I am a genius!
