Have a DVL725 and having headcleaning issues. Quite sudden. Going through all of the steps to clean the heads using a purchased dry cleaner but getting nowhere. No getting just a blue screen, instead of the bars over picture. Would really like to get this product working again. I have not used it much since purchase in 2002, but have been using it more often now...and broke. Doug

My tv suddenly cut off and would not turn back on. I unplugged it and it sounds like it is trying to come back on and the red light flicks on and off beside what says is the on timer. Is there anything I can do to get it back on or is it time to find a repairman?

i have a jvc model av-27D304 tv and the picture is dark, we have tried setting the picture still dark. What could be wrong?

I have a 27" JVC TV model AV-2771S that has worked well for years. While it was working yesterday my wife heard a short static noise and the sound stopped. The picture works fine. It's not related to the Direct TV box because there is not static/sound whent he TV is switched from channel 3 to another channel. Do you think it's worth taking in to be repaired or is it time to replace? Thanks for your help. Dick Bryan

Have been intermittently experiencing a problem for several months where all I get is a single horizontal line across the center of the screen when powered on. If I tap on the side of the TV then problem generally corrects itself, but lately it's taking more than just a tap to correct. Set is well out of warranty. From reading comments on similar problems it sounds like it might be a simple loose solder joint and easy to fix, so before I open her up and start wiggling wires around (since I have no schematic to know where the vertical deflection circuit connection might be) can you make any suggestions? We have a Digital video camera GR-90u when we put the cassette in it immediately rejects it. It is supposed to accept it in and then bring it down into the belly of the camera. The minute we close it in, it pops open. Screen says........ Condensation, operation is paused. This was not wet. Please help. Thank you so much!

hey, I would appreciate it if you could help me out. My video camera gr-d72us is having problems with the lcd screen. It will not show anything in record mode. It works ok in playback. The screen is just gray and shows the menu items. I recharged the batteries and checked everything I know but it still does not pick up images. Thanks
