JVC TV Model AV-27f703, I was watching tv without touching the remote and the menu came on automatically and started going down the screen to the other menu's I tried stopping by hitting the exit and menu button but nothing happened. I then turned off the TV and when I turned it back on I couldn't use the remote to do anything, I couldn't turn it off/on, change the channel, or even volume. I tried changing the channels manually but it would display the volume bar and when I would increase the volume it would not stay put, the volume would go down on its own. Not sure what kind of problem this is or even how it happened. Has this happened to anyone else? How would I go about repairing? Any idea on costs?

I have a GRD93U camcorder and it gives me a E03 unit in safeguard mode... How do I fix problem when I have reinserted the tape and still get this error??

hi i have a JVC GR-DX77U and i tried playing this mini dv which was recorded from another video, and it keeps on displaying, "tape in safeguard mode; eject and reinsert again." how can i take it out from safegurad mode?? urgent reply would be appreciated.. thanks!

FYI - I have the JVC AV-32432 TV, and the user manual says that if the 'on timer' light is blinking, that there is a problem, to "unplug the set and call for service"...i know it's as clear as mud, but at least you all know that even the JVC manual doesn't have a quick and easy solution!

Re: compact VHS Camcorder GR-AX880U My camcorder quit working. I have a blank screen-when I turn it on it has a short blinking message which says "lens cap" (the lens cap is off). It also shows the symbols for focus in the right hand corner. Can you help me fix this problem? Shirley

Here's a goodin, just installed a JVC KD-S5050 CD player in my truck and all it does when I go to turn the key the display says "see ya" and turns off right away. I tried to change all fuses, tried to reset the unit and it still doesn't work. When I hit the display button, it shows the clock for about 10 seconds and then shuts off again. How do I fix this?Please help, this has been a problem for several weeks. Thanks, Ken

Hello I have just purchaced an everio gz-mg77u. When I hook up to the computer the access light stays on, and the power to the camera shuts off. I followed the instructions to the letter. When I emailed jvc the tech told me I had the wrong usb cord. I went back to the store and they gave me a brand new camera and cord. It does the exact same thing. Please help Steven

Hi there, my jvc audio/video control receiver (model RX-517V) has recently stopped functioning. I tried to hook up a pair of YAHAMA P.A. speakers to it and i believe that i fried something. The power light still comes on but the screen remains blank. Any suggestions as to how i can fix it?? thankyou

I have a JVC model AV-27230. When I moved and plugged everything back into the TV, a lockout code showed up and now I am unable to change the channels. I do not have the manual anymore. Do you know what the code is? Thanks in advance!
