I have a JVC modelGR-SXM920 THE SAFE MODE IS ON WITH AN ERROR CODE OF EO2. How do I get it out of safe mode? Removing the battery does not help. Thanks

AV-27530 Serial No 159MO313---2 Days ago, after warming up, a black box appears in the middle of the screen- I have tried to remove it with the menu button---while in menu mode, the black box disappears, only to reappear when you get out of the menu mode. Hi there, I have a JVC DVD/ HDD Video recorder DR-MH30S/DR-MH20S and up until a few weeks ago it has been working fine. However, now whenever we watch the TV via the DVD, or try and watch any DVDs or anything recorded onto the HDD we cannot hear anything but bad static. I've looked on a troubleshooting website and found a similar problem with the following solution: NO it doesn't sound like there related problems at all. Now you say you get interference or is it more like a static noise only when using the dvd player??? If that's the case then you have an output device problem as its breaking down and crackling into your input to your sound amp or the tv. Its a problem that will need to be traced with a scope and a test disk. as it could be a D to a converter or an op amp IC, or even as simple as a filter cap. Good Luck What does this mean and what do I need to do?? I live in England.

My JVC GR-D50A keeps displaying 'Safeguard mode' and tells me to eject the tape and reload it to be able to proceed. I have tried this method without success and am wondering if there is a wayto get out of 'Safeguard mode'?

I have a JVC GR-DVL520U. When you turn it on looking through the lens or through the screen you it looks like your viewing things through a strobe light or something. The whole image is flashing. When I look through the lens from the front I can see something moving very fast. Also when I opened the camera to put in a tape the little door didn't open and the mechanism just makes a noise like its trying to open, but it can't. I dont know if this is going to need to be sent in and if it does need to be how much it is going to cost me :( I've owned it since 2002 but it was like in 2003 or 2004 that it started doing the flashing thing (the door thing is new). Do you know what the issue is?
