Hello I have just purchaced an everio gz-mg77u. When I hook up to the computer the access light stays on, and the power to the camera shuts off. I followed the instructions to the letter. When I emailed jvc the tech told me I had the wrong usb cord. I went back to the store and they gave me a brand new camera and cord. It does the exact same thing. Please help Steven
