I have a old JVC TV. Just recently the volume is not working. I cannot find my manual but the remote control is RM-420 TV Remote Control. Could that be the model? I vaguely hear people talking but it is vague. What could be the reason? Thank you.

I moved my Mastercommand TV today. There was a JVS VHS HR-D660U attached. In movement, a cable (I assume it is the cable that feeds the cablevision from the VHS to the TV. The cablevision cable coming from the wall goes in the VSH.) Now I can get the picture but not the sound. Can you tell me what to do? Many thanks. Nellie

I have a 2 year old JVC GR-D22U camcorder. When switching it on, we get an error message. Condensation, operation paused.

Dear Stacy, Please advise me on what to do with my JVC GRD70 Camcorder. The problem is the camera reads "Condensation Operation Paused" and will not do a thing. There is NO reason for any condensation to be in this camera, it has only been used a few times (purchased May 2003) and has been kept in its original box in a cupboard (not to cold or hot). I understand this is very commom problem with this camcorder. Please help! Regards Doug
