We have a Digital video camera GR-90u when we put the cassette in it immediately rejects it. It is supposed to accept it in and then bring it down into the belly of the camera. The minute we close it in, it pops open. Screen says........ Condensation, operation is paused. This was not wet. Please help. Thank you so much!
