Have a DVL725 and having headcleaning issues. Quite sudden. Going through all of the steps to clean the heads using a purchased dry cleaner but getting nowhere. No getting just a blue screen, instead of the bars over picture. Would really like to get this product working again. I have not used it much since purchase in 2002, but have been using it more often now...and broke. Doug
