I've got GR D50 video camera and it's showing "Consideration Operation Paused" message and now allowing me to insert any tapes. I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this. I've already tried cleaning the camera inside. thanks

yes i have an older model jvc. model #AB27BP4. here is the issue, there is a black box that takes up the whole screen except for maybe a half inch on all sides. i dont know what it could be. it just started happening. like channels work, but i cant see enough. i tried resetting the cable box, and the menu on the tv doesnt help at all. so what could it be. Like when i turn on the tv it comes on like 2 or 3 seconds afterwards. what could this possibly be.

I have an AV-36980 that wil not always power up. I cannot tell if power is reaching the unit or if the power supply is actually bad. The last time I tried turning it on, nothing hapened so I figured the power supply was blown. Just recently I tried to turn it on again and when I plugged it in, the Timer light began flashing and the tv sounded as if it were being turned on and off quickly but no picture could be seen. I then tried plugging it into another outlet and after doing this I held the on/off button for about 3 seconds and the tv actually turned on. I tried switching outlets but found that it would not work when plugged into a surge protector. After turning the tv off for about 30 minutes, I tried turning it back on and it failed to turn on. I tried plugging it into various outlets once again but it wouldn't turn on, or even show that power was reaching the unit. If you have any idea what might be the culprit, send them my way because I would hate to toss this tv without exhausting all resources... Thank you, SIncerely, Ed

Hello I have a JVC-model 27730 TV Problem is I cannot change channels on it from the front or with remote it stays on channel 2 all the time it looks like the lock is set on it (not sure of this )or even if this could be the problem. if it is the problem what do i have to do to over ride the lock code .I dont have a operaters manule. sorry for any bad spelling! I suffer from MS . when i go into the lock set mode the lock image shows a closed lock.with 3 _ _ _ spaces not being the first owner I dont know what code if any was entered into my set I BOUGHT IT AT A AUCTION AFTER THE OWNER DIED .great TV the picture on video mode is perfect better then my wifes new TV as far as I can tell. 1 where can i gat a new owners mannuel and a new remote control for my TV and caaaaan you tell mw how to get it to change channels and how to unlock the lock code Thank You Richard :

I have a JVC model GR-DVL520U it tells me to insert cassetee head cleaner tape. I do and still fails to work. First time it did for 1 minute then same message comes up and now continues to display message and will not record. Thanks, Ron

Pls help me out. I bought a video cam JVC model GR-D250AG and the person said that i need a firewire to import my video to my computer. Although my computer doesn't have a firewire port but i bought a firewirecable link with a usb cable together and by using the usb connector i plug in my pc and it doesn't detect anything...i would like to check out isit a must to use a firewire inorder to import my video to my computer??? why can't a firewire together with a usb link can't ???
