I have a JVC AV Compulink model # A35BP3 it works fine. Where can I purchase the matching remote control as well as obtaining the instruction manual? I've been on the JVC site but they no longer list this particular model #....?? Thanks, Mary

Hello Stacy, I have a JVC GR DVL805U digital video recorder and it appears to be recording and all motors seem to be running fine, however, when I try to playback a video, the screen is blue. I've gone into setup and have reset to original factory settings. If you have any suggestions on how I might troubleshoot this please let me know. Hi. I want to take my videos that I have on my GR-SXM527 and put them into a video program to make videos on my laptop. I purchased a video editing and DVD creation software program for my computer from Best Buy. They told me I needed software to get the videos from my camcorder to the computer as well. I bought all of that but I seem to be having problems connecting my camcorder. Exactly what cables do I need and can I buy them from a Best Buy or Radio Shack or something? I really want to get started on this but I seem to be stuck...PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have a 32 inch JVC, model AV-32850 that does not stay powered on. When I press the power button, either on the set or on the remote, the red light comes on for a second, I hear a click, then a couple seconds later I hear a second click and the set turns off and the red light goes out. I have tried this numerous times, various times of the day/night, and the same thing...no TV. I have changed batteries in the remote, but no difference. Nothing unusual has happened to the TV to explain this mystery. Can you help? Thanks, smchebo@aol.com

I found this web site as i tried to troubleshoot my problem..(PECHORINS )My father received a JVC gr-dvl 120u for a retirement present from his company a couple of years ago.This year I borrowed it to shoot a sporting event of my sons since his zoom is quite higher than mine.He told me it always went into safe mode and he would have to eject it and start over. He had shot about an hour of footage on the tape.He said he refused to use it because it was so frustrating.....Well I borrowed it anyway and he asked me if I could figure it out......to no avail....it constantly goes into safe mode and ejecting over and over hoping it will stay on and shoot is frustrating....Is there anything I can do or buy him that will make it easier for him when I return it to him? I HAVE A JVC GR-D32U, AND WHEN I SELECT AUTOMATIC OR MANUAL TO REC A MOVIE, THE LCD AND THE OPTICAL DEVICE REMAIND BLACK AND I CANNOT SEE NOTHING. WHEN I SELCECT PLAY OPTION I CAN SEE OLD MOVIES THAN I RECORDED BEFORE THIS PROBLEM SO I THING IS NOT A PROBLEM WITH THE LCD. THERE IS ANY OPTION IN THE MENU BAR THAT COULD BE PRODUCE THIS PROBLEM? Our JVC GR - DVL300 does not show any image on the veiwscreen during record. It says "LENS CAP" with no lens cap on.
