Hello Stacy, I have a JVC GR DVL805U digital video recorder and it appears to be recording and all motors seem to be running fine, however, when I try to playback a video, the screen is blue. I've gone into setup and have reset to original factory settings. If you have any suggestions on how I might troubleshoot this please let me know.
