Dear Sirs, I have a JVC videocamera model:GR-AX63E, which has the following problem for the last 3months and so I am unable to record: Once I press the recording button, the camera records for 2-3 seconds and then stops. Have read the manual...can't see to find anything which will help me. The only thing which is in the viewfinder for a long time(though I believe has nothing to do with this problem)is the clock battery warning. I would highly appreciate your assistance on this subject. I have a JVC camcorder model GZ-MG20U I received about 7 months ago. I have used the camera and have viewed images on the tv, but I understand I should be able to download the inages to my pc. I have the JVC Digigal Photo Navigator Ver. 1.5 for windows. I cannot understand how to get the pictures and clips downloaded to my pc. Please help. Helen

i need a parts number for a remote control ... JVC VCR HR-dx22ea I was given the VCR without a remote and need to try and replace it or get assistance with programming a universal remote to operate all functions... currently the universal only works to power on and off and play/stop/record etc. I need\want to tune in the stations and use timer record.

yes i have been having an on going problem with my new video camara I have only used it one in December, and I took it out this month and it givs my a condisation error and the tape take. I called JVC and they where not nice nor could help me. i have taken all there advice and still not working. This is horible becuse my sisters wedding is in July and I want to use my video camara.
