DEAR STACY, I RECENTLLY WROTE YOU WITH A PROBLEM ON MY CD CHANGER. A CODE THAT I DID'NT KNOW WHAT IT MENT, A REAL NICE TECH FROM HOUSTON CALLED ME AND HELPED ME OUT ALOT AND THINGS WERE SET RIGHT.. I HAD TO PURCHASE A KS-RF37 TO MAKE IT WORK. I HAVE A CH-X350 CD CHANGER...NOW MY PROBLEM IS THIS.... THE CD CHANGER IS HOOKED UP TO MY RADIO WITH THE KS-RF37 THE REMOTE SEEMS TO BE WORKING BECAUSE IS SHOWS THE DISK PLAYING AND THE TRACK...."BUT THERE IS NO SOUND" I LOOK IN SIDE OF THE CD CHANGER AND THE CD IS SPININNG LIKE NORMAL AND THE REMOTE SHOW'S IT AS IF IT WERE PLAYING.... BUT NO SOUND...MY QUESTION IS...AM I SUPPOSE TO HAVE MY RADIO ON A CERTAIN (AM OR FM) CHANNEL????? TO GET SOUND FROM THE CD CHANGER??? I TRIED "AUX-IN" ON MY RADIO BUT NO CIGAR, ANY SUGGESTIONS... Have a concern/question about My JVC TH-M505 Home Theater System. No matter how long and hard I've played my system I've never seen nor heard the fan on the subwoofer/amp unit come on. At times I've put my hand by the openeing and felt the warm air coming out of the unit. My suspicion was aroused because every once in a while I will loose audio, though neither unit shuts off. Simply cycling through the "source" button and coming back to the source we're using restores it. I've been very happy with this unit and of course, don't want it to go "up in smoke" because a $5 fan didn't turn on. Would appreciate any info you have on this. Dave Boyer

I have an JVC Model GR-D72US. I having problem with the LCD screen and the Viewfinder. I have fully charge the Camcorder. I have remove the lens cover. I turn on the camcorder and open up the LCD to view as I recorder it. The screen is blank and dark (black), but the recording function is working. It seem like it working becasue the text show "recording" When I look into the viewfinder it is also blank and dark. What wrong with the camcorder? Did I forget to do something? Thank you, Ich Phan

JVC model AV-32050. Problem tv just quit. Won't power up. Read countless threads ,replaced C926 capacitor. Still the same problem but the power light on the front blinks at a steady rate and there is a tick tick sound ( which could be a relay ????? ).Does anybody have an opinion ,solution etc. to this. I have done alot of reading, found people with same problem but no solution. Thanks in advance for all and any help.

I bought JVC DVD XV-N 312S an year ago. I used to see the dvd very rarely. Everytime I insert a dvd disc - my player is not reading the disc - whereas vcd are read correctly. What can be done to enjoy watching dvd plays Bala

Getting the disc error messege on my machine. Called the JVC help line and they couldn't help me. It's a shame that they want me to send it to Georgia and pay for the shipping and repairs of the unit. Is there any thing that can be done.
