JVC model AV-32050. Problem tv just quit. Won't power up. Read countless threads ,replaced C926 capacitor. Still the same problem but the power light on the front blinks at a steady rate and there is a tick tick sound ( which could be a relay ????? ).Does anybody have an opinion ,solution etc. to this. I have done alot of reading, found people with same problem but no solution. Thanks in advance for all and any help.
