I have a JVC-GRD90U I have it hook-up to and G4-iMAC the problem is that the iMAC does not see the camera. Could this be because the Firewire connection on the camers is 4 pin and the MAC is 6 pin and if this is the problem is there a crossover cable. what about the USB connection can I use that. Thanks. I have GRD70 camcorder and the software which came with it, my computer runs on windows XP and I cannot get the computer to recognise the camera via the usb lead to extract video footage. It works fine for stills any advice? many thanks

My JCV GR-D30U constantly displays the condensation warning. This is a recent occurance. I will let it sit for many hours (overnight) and sometimes it will work for a few moments, then display the warning again. The camera worked beautifully for about a year then started displaying clean head warning and now condensation warning. Can this be reset? Now the tape loading mechanism will not close. The lid (with the "PUSH HERE" sticker is closed but the tray has not drawn back into the body. Is there a manual eject button?

Where do I send my JVC S-VHS VCR, Model #HR-S7100U, to you for servicing? It has a cassette loading/threading problem. Do I need to send a deposit or my credit card number to you? Myles Marks
