Home | Previous messageI have a JVC-GRD90U I have it hook-up to and G4-iMAC the problem is that the iMAC does not see the camera. Could this be because the Firewire connection on the camers is 4 pin and the MAC is 6 pin and if this is the problem is there a crossover cable. what about the USB connection can I use that. Thanks. check JVC.com under Service & Support (downloads) see if there is an update for your IMac. If not...you may wish to contact customer support/operational assistance at (800) 252-5722 to see if you are doing something wrong or if the problem is with something else. |
