Assistance with JVC product

    MY jvc tv model AV-K21t screen went black but the power LED is on. Am a technician ,but am beaten coz i have checked every component but i see nothing wrong.pliz help.

    MY JVC TV HAS BEEN IN STORAGE AND KNOW IT DOESN'T COME ON THE POWER BUTTON FLASHES BUT NOTHING COMES UP IT SOUNDS LIKE IT COMES ON BUT NOTHING AT ALL HAPPENS "JVC BBE M#AV-27FA44 S#14836437 THANKS IF YOU CAN HELP ME

    My car stereo stopped working. It has done it in the past. All of a sudden all 4 speakers would cut out and then pop back on. Now, they don't work for good it seems. There is power to unit and it lights up and you can hear the speakers buzzing but nothing will come out. So i bought new rubber/metal wire crimps to recrimp it. I drove to work and it worked! But then when i got back in my car after 6 hours to head home, it didn't, and hasn't worked since. Model Number: KD-PDR30

    I just spend two hour on hold on your service line. I will not call that customer service. I have a 3 month HDTV 61" TV. It broke and it took your service deptment three weeks to fix it. I didn't have my TV for Christmas or Newyears. What then the F-n thing breaks down again this time the night before Superbowl. Blow the Party in the Shitter. It goes down hill from there. I wish I never heard of JVC. I guess you get what you pay for. Marc Shame on you JVC

    I have a JVC DR-MH 220 HD recorder that suddenly fails to start. It just keeps displaying the 'PLEASE WAIT' message forever but nothing further happens. I have tried unplugging the device for some hours without any effect. Do I have other options before handing it in to a service dealer? Best regards Bo Hansen

    I have a JVC camcorder with the following model imprinted on it: GR-D25OU and serial 07056437 I purchased it a few years ago. I want to purchase the cable to connect it to my PC in order to use my PC to copy the recordings on to DVD. I found at the JVC site a cable that is for model GR-D25OUS (among many other models), but it does not list GR-D25OU without the final digit 'S'. Can you tell me if that cable will work with my camcorder?

    I have the same problem as the person below please help I have a really important tape stuck inside! JVC GR_D27OU if you would not mind emailing me direct I would appreciate it I put up so many posts. I keep getting a message that says safeguard mode 03 and remove tape but my tape deck will not open ;-(

    Hi i have a JVC video cam model GR-D93u, i wish you can help me out on how can we transfer the videos we took from the tape to its memory car, or can it be transfered? It only automatically transfers pictures taken by the video cam to its memory card. We want to do this so we can copy them and burn them to dvd's. Plese help me out the manuals are really hard to understand. Thanks in advance Mariz.

    Hello, I own a JVC HD-ILA tv model number HD-56G647. The problem we are having is with both the JVC control and the universal control we have, the tv sometimes will turn on and sometimes it won't. Also the volume sometimes works and other times it won't. When this is happing with the remotes, sometimes you can't imput either withe the remotes. We changed both remote batteries, still it happens. We have a year warranty, a free year warranty, and purchased another year warranty. Everytime we talk to the store Sam's Club, They tell us to bring it back to the store. And, the nearest service center is over 70 miles away! We went to a web site called JVC America/warranty&service and put in our model number HD-56G647 and it says on the print ou Labor 12 months, Parts 12 months--in home service. Can't JVC let us find a repair service person to come to my house or pick it up and the service place send JVC the bill since it is under warranty? I can't move my tv, I would be afraid it might damage it if I took it to a store like SAM's as I don't have a way to transport it. What can I do???? Thanks for any help.
