Home | Previous messageI just spend two hour on hold on your service line. I will not call that customer service. I have a 3 month HDTV 61" TV. It broke and it took your service deptment three weeks to fix it. I didn't have my TV for Christmas or Newyears. What then the F-n thing breaks down again this time the night before Superbowl. Blow the Party in the Shitter. It goes down hill from there. I wish I never heard of JVC. I guess you get what you pay for. Marc Shame on you JVC
