Hi there, I have a jvc tv AV-32FA44, which has only sound and the screen is dark reddish, screen voltage measures zero volt. is it the flyback trans, or the pic. tube is bad?. Please help with any suggestions.

I have a GR-DVL-300 video camera that is 7-years old and i have not used it in a couple of months i charged up the battery and when i turn it starts up correct and then goes into error E04 unit in safeguard mode remove and reattach battery. when i try to pull up the menu nothing happens. i have removed the battery and reattached and nothing changes. i have charged the battery. how do i get out of safguard mode? i want to tape my daughters b-day this weekend?

This is the same exact problem I have with my own set. Before I replace the mainboard completely is there anything else I should check? Replaced the c926 capacitor with no apparent effect.. Picture is out but I still get sound, on my JVC 27" AV27750. This is the second time I have completely lost picture on my 27" JVC AV27750. I do still get audio but the screen is just black. I suspect it is the same problem as the first time, 3 years ago when it was 4 years old. Sears fixed it for $120 and noted "CK Over.. Replaced Vertical Out - Installed IC Repaired connection." It's a good $500 unit but I don't want to repair it every 3 years. Before I discard it I figured I'd check to see if this is a problem that can easily be fixed by me (with very little electronic repair experience). Thanks in advance if you have any ideas. Tom

Hi, I have a JVC MX-S2 stereo system were the CD player does not work. It will take a CD but after about 3 sec it displays no disc. The laser does not light but does try to focus, however the disc motor does not spin at all although the motor itself will turn if you apply power directly to it. I suspect the fault is with the processor for the CD opperation or a power rail fault but are not sure, can you help? Thanks Mark

hi, my stereo is really acting up and is starting to bother me a lot. what is happening is that as i am playing a cd on it, it will come up with a message that says "PROTECT" and i cant hear anything when it is doing this. when the stereo does it the message only lasts up to around 10 seconds. please help me!

I have a JVC AV-27980 that when it comes on has a line across the screen horizontally. What is causing this? Also do you have any schematics on this tv?

I have a JVC KD-G200 car stereo, I had it installed in my car and then i bought a newer car and installed it in that. When it was all installed, the stereo will continually turn off and on, on its own. It is hooked up right and i even tried putting a new wiring harness on, and i still have the same problem.
