Hi, I had to replace my starter so I disconnected the battery, when I reconnected it the radio did not work (not even the power button and display). I have reset the radio by removing the face and pushing the reset button but it still does not work. I have checked all the fuses (including the one on the back of the radio) and everything seems to be fine except the power ends at the radio. I travel 45 min to work so this really is starting to annoy me. I bought the radio at Circuit City and their closed, so no help there. I have model # KD-G340. found on Pechorin's i have a av-48wp30...the screen turned pink and green and was warped looking for 2 days then all of a sudden went black. the power still comes on and off and the button glows blue, but now picture! please help steer me in the right direction as far as what kind of parts i would need to let me know if it is even costworthy to fix it thank you

I have jvc widescreen, model av-48wp30. Its about 9 years old.The picture color and quality is great but I have vertical lines spaced about 1 inch apart and red color. Any idea if its woth repairing because of its age?
