Home | Previous messageI have GRD70 camcorder and the software which came with it, my computer runs on windows XP and I cannot get the computer to recognise the camera via the usb lead to extract video footage. It works fine for stills any advice? many thanks

USB is for photo's only. USB is not fast enough for video transfer. YOu need to utilize the fire wire connection for video transfer. YOu will need to purchase a seperate video hardware/software program for this function. Most people like Pinnacle Studio 8 which can be purchased most anywhere. |
