we have a jvc television that we bought at best buy . It is probably about five years old. Now whenever we turn on the tv a black box appears on the screen and doesn't go away. It covers almost the bottom half on the screen and looks like it is the background fromthe menu screen, however, it never goes away. We can't see most of the picture. Please help us.

i have recently bought a grd90u camcorder as a floor model from a store where i live, i got it home and when i tried to turn it on the messege "condensation, operation paused" came on... i left the camera overnight now and the alert is still coming up.. it wont let me do anything with it , what can i do... or is it broken???

Hi, I have a digital camcorder GR-D72u displaying error E03. Had it for less than 4 months. Two weeks ago I wanted to record, and when turning on gave the "E03 error: Unit in Safeguard Mode, Eject and Re-insert tape." #1 I tried that, but still get the same error. I emailed JVC. #2 They suggested removing the battery for one minute. Still same error. #3 I tried a fresh tape, the error went away for one day, but next day back to same error. My guess (but I prefer a technical information) is that it must doing something (damaging) the tapes; that triggers the error. Unfortunately, I ran out of labor warranty. Any help/suggestion would be welcomed. Thanks.

I've got a bit of a problem with my JVC TV model #AV-27S33, the TV was bought about 2 years ago and a couple of weeks ago it lost programming. My cable channels show up from 48 through 99, but cable channels 3 through 47, we aren't able to program them into the TV channel box, and all of the channels were showing up before now. I've gotten out the manual and read it front to back thinking there would be something there to help me re-program all of the channels, but still nothing changes, it's almost like they've been deleted. I've also moved my cable line to another TV in the house and all of the channels (3 through 99) work on it. So what could be the problem? None of the channels have the parental locks on them either. Can this problem be fixed or should I seek out getting the company to furnish another TV to me? Please advise, thank you Ms Dyer

I was browsing the web pages when I came across your e-mail. I have a GR-DVX4 Digital Video Camera and I\'m having a similar problem. I get the E04 Error and I can\'t get the cassette out. Did you have any luck with yours? Perhaps you might be able to help me or even direct me to some other pages where I might get some advice.
