1995 jvc av27bm6....its in parental code mode and dont know the code. is their a way to "reboot " tv or ?. thanks for any help

My GR-D31u doees not show an image on the screen or in the view finder while trying to record. It will play back previously recorded material. The screen remains darkened and the recorder urges me to remove the lens cap while it is already off. Thanks

I have a JVC t.v. model AV-27230. The problem is that there a series of white horizontal lines that run across the top of the screen. They take up a quarter of the screen and they are always there even when watching a DVD or Playing a video game. Any advice on what the problem is....I just want to know if it is worht it to fix it?

I have a JVC model # AV 48WP55. When plugged in, the power light is lit. However, when I try to turn it on, nothing happens. What can I replace on it to make it work? Hi, I've had a JVC AV-28WR2EK for 7 years and it has worked fine until recently. Now when the television is switched on it only lasts for about 5 minutes before it switches itself off into Standby mode? Switching it off and then back again causes it do the same thing?

I have a JVC AV-27430 27" and the picture is very dark, I have adjusted the settings on the menu and it is all the way to the right on the bright setting and it still seems to be darker on most channels.
