i have a jvc video camera and every time i turn it on it just says "conndensation operation paused" and i can't get it too do anything. i have tried leaving it on several hours and it still doesn't work

I have been trying to use IMAGEMIXER Ver. 1.7 for WINDOWS XP (installed from JVC USB Driver disk that came with my JVC camcorder) with no luck... -I am just trying to capture stills from vid in your " capture" environment within 1.7, however THE CAMCORDER CANNOT BE FOUND even when clicking on USB camcorder button... I have used this exact program before on another computer (a MAC)with an identical JVC camera and identical JVC IMAGE MIXER 1.7 software with NO PROBLEMS.... I've tried everything:I am not a complete retard, at least I think so... what gives? PLEASE HELP ME MADAM! THIS IS FOR A COURT CASE ON MONDAY!!! DESPERATE, james kalivas conceptboards@yahoo.com

The model number is GR-AXM220U My husband put it on a tri-pod, it tipped over, he now can't get the tape out and I had the battery checked and it is fine. He can't find his manual. I have a JVC GR-D33u And the dv camcorder works great and I have it for 2 years I think but no problems.. Except when I want to transfer the video to my computer.. I use Movie vegas platinum 7.0 and it shows that it connects and everything but when I play the video to record I get nothing but a black screen.. My friend has a cannon and I took my tape from my camcorder and he put it in his cannon and it transfered with ease so I have found that something is wrong with my camcorder and was hoping you could help me on what I can do.. I bought my camcorder 2 years ago and never came with any software Do I need that for it to work? please get back to me ASAP thanks
