When I connect my GR-D370 DV cam to my computer it is recognized. I start downloading the video and after about 2-4 minutes the computer says the device is no longer available and the video stops downloading. Any help is very appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Stacy, Apparently many people have had the problem with the error, "Please wait. Condensation, operation paused". I´ve had this camera for about a year and just recently I´ve been having this problem. Must be a problem with the sensor because I film indoors where it is dry. I´ve read that resetting the camera solves the problem. What do you suggest? Model number:gr-dx27e

i've had a JVC GR-D270U for a couple years now. it is barely used for special occasions. i took it out for vacation and there is a a black screen popping up that says unit in safe guard mode and to take out battery. its been a few days now and i've done so many times, waiting about ten minutes or so. i can no find the manual, is there any other thing i can do? also the part to insert a tape won't open. thank you for your time.
