I purchased a JVC Genessa HD TV Model LT-47XC58 47". I recently returned one to the retailer i bought it from because i had the same problem as this one. The problem is as follows: Turn power off in the evening and when I turn it on in the morning the screen flashes with the JVC Logo and sometimes will goto the channel i left it on or will stay on a black screen. The controls do not work when this happens, you cannot change the input,channel,volume on the remote or the side panel of the TV. The only way to remedy the problem is to unplug the TV for a sec and plug it back in, then all works fine. I did what the retailer said and unplugged the TV for 6 hours and then tried it again and had the same problem. I also went through the manual and tried reseting the microprocessor by holding the volume and channel buttons down for 3 sec and this also did nothing. I am at a loss as to the cause of the problem. I even tried plugging the tv straight to an outlet instead of a surge protector and had no change thinking it may be a power issue. Please help Steven Terrell

I have a JVC GR-SXM250U which I just took it out of its box, and I cannot get anything to show up when I turn on the view finder. Its just black. Anyone know what's wrong with it?

I have a JVC Everio GZ-MG57U. When turned on, the display screen stays black, and "Lens Cap" prompt is displayed, and the display is blank. (I did take the cap off). When I record, I get sound, but no picture. Ideas? Maybe the iris is stuck? Maybe it's stuck in hibernate/sleep mode? Help!!

I have a 56' big screen and the blue light on the front of the tv will not come on and my remote will not cut it on. My husband installed a side switch to the side of it so we can turn it on. If you know why it is doing it please get back to me and help me with the process. Thanks

I Have a AV-32950 TV while running it suddenly went blank, started making a clicking noise and the timer light started flashing. Can I fix this. I did unplug it and let it sit for about an hour tried again but the same thing. Thank You Jeff
