I have a JVC Digital Video Camera, Model #GR-D22U. I keep getting a condensation warning and pausing the operation, but never going back to normal or operating mode. The lens warning also comes up even when the lens cap is removed. We have not been able to correct the problem and we are considering buying another camera. But, I thought I would seek a posible solution throught the internet. I hope you can help with this problem. Thanks in advance. Sincerely, Robert

Dear Stacy Sample, JVC Service & Engineering: I'm trying to download some video to my computer from my camcorder and it's not letting me? I have a JVC GR-D90u camcorder. I've installed the driver, tried troubleshooting other options (pulling out the plug, restarting computer, turn camcorder off/on), too. Could you please help me out? Thanks, Tyson

I have a jvc GR-D72U mini camcorder which I love. I haven't used it for about 6 months and took it out yesterday to film something. Well, no luck. On turning the power on (either by battery or a/c adapter) I can't get a view of anything on the viewfinder screen. Instead get multi-colored vertical lines over the entire screen. Can see light patches behind these lines showing through when I hold the camera up to a light source. Playback is fine. Help! Thanks, Betty
