we have a jvc television that we bought at best buy . It is probably about five years old. Now whenever we turn on the tv a black box appears on the screen and doesn't go away. It covers almost the bottom half on the screen and looks like it is the background fromthe menu screen, however, it never goes away. We can't see most of the picture. Please help us.
