I believe that Mr. Sample no longer exists. At least at JVC! His email comes back as non-deliverable.

Hi, I just bought a JVC QL-F6 turntable second hand on eBay. I've plugged it into my stereo amplifier, into the aux/phone inputs, switched the little knob on the front of the amp to the aux/phono setting to match, but when it plays there's almost no signal - compared to the CD player plugged into the same amp it's loads loads loads quieter. it sounds like standing next to someone whose ipod is turned up too loud. Any suggestions about what the problem could be? Thanks, Mark.

Sir: I have a jvc videoke model mx-sk1 that doesn't turn off automatically. I tried once to push buttons on my remote control and it turned off automatically unfortunately I turned off the switch and everything was gone. I tried the buttons on the remote control again but I was not successful. What are the buttons I have to push including the sequence to restore the automatic off of my minicomponent?

I HAVE A JVC48"P776 AND I HAD MY COMCAST BOX WITH SURROUND SOUND HOOKED UP TO MY TV AND TWO DAYS AGO IT WAS A BAD STORM THAT STRUCK KNOCKING OUT EVERYTHING. NOW NOTHING WORKS ANYMORE I HAD A SURGE PROTECTOR BUT IT'S STILL WORKING MY TV CABLE BOX AND COMCAST BOX ARE NOT WORKING ANYMORE IF YOU COULD HELP ME I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.........

i am having trouble with my digital camera. It is black when i try to record and i need instructions on how to use it because it is out of hand.

I have a JVC model NO. GR-D370U and it's not playing back my recordings. I can look and take pictures, even get the camcorder to "record" but when I go to play the video it just stays on a blue screen instead of showing me what I recorded. Rewind and fast foreword also work fine. It just doesn't play anything for me.

If you're still around (I got your email off a post you made to Pechorin's in 2004), I have a JVC GR-DX77U MiniDV camcorder. In both Auto and Manual record modes, it zooms to maximum T unless you hold down the W button constantly. Real pain. Was "fixed" under extended warranty now problem has reoccurred. Ever heard of this before? Any ideas?
