I own a JVC GR-DVF10 Digital Cybercam. When I turn on the camera, the picture showing is very very dark. I've tried changing the brightness setting but nothing helps. When it records now, it only records a dark, non-identifiable video. There is less than 100 hours of usage on this camera and it was very expensive.

Dear Sir I bought a JVC camrecorder in Netherland in April 2005, GRDX 25E. But when I reached India it is damaged after some time when I shown it to Onida Service Centre (Which is authorised service centre for JVC product)they told that there is some problem with the PWB and the part is not available. So they can't repair it. That is going to be 3rd year now and still I am struggling for that. My brother is in Europe he also tried to get that part but it is not available.May I throw it in the dustbeen, and take a oath that never buy a JVC product. RAJIV

Hello, my name is Justin and I'm having trouble getting sound on my tv to work through the surround sound. I have a JVC TH D60. When I toggle through the different sources, video 1, FM, so on and so fourth but I don't see one for TV, is there something I'm not seeing or what? any help would be great. Thanks Also could not get HDMI cord to work either, on back of JVC theres two HDMI hookups, monitor in or video in, tried both and on the tv I plugged into HDMI 1 slot but no success.

My JVC GR-D22U not powering up. I think I shorted it out with a bad charger is there any way that I can repair this. Maybe there is a circuit protecter or fuse?

Hey Stacey, Thank you so much for your kindness! I saw your offer to troubleshoot JVC questions while I was reading info on PECHORIN'S.com. I live in Houston and I work down at Johnson Space Center. I have a JVC HR-XVC26U DVD Player/VCR. I put in a COMPUSA DVD to watch a copy of something a friend burned for me and the unit gets stuck in the “Now Reading” screen. It never seems to read it and when I tried to eject the disc it wouldn’t eject. The tray won’t move at all when I push the button. I called JVC and they said to unplug and then try again. This didn’t work. Do you have any tips? I bought it last December. The 1 yr. parts warranty is still valid (but not the 90 day labor warranty) but to bring it in to a JVC shop down here in Clear Lake it’ll cost me $50 and I am not completely sure they will be able to fix it. I would appreciate any help you can provide. I have already opened it up to see if there was an internal release switch but couldn’t find anything obvious. I would be willing to open it up again and try to manually remove the disc if this will solve the problem. I am not sure how to do this. Or if it will be possible or if I will cause more damage than its worth. Please just email me directly at jeffersonbernard@yahoo.com Thanks again Stacey! Sicncerely, Jeff B.

I OWN A JVC LCD TV Model:LT-32A80ZU. TWO DAYS AGO WHILE SWITCHING ON THE TV IT SUDDENLY - ON ITS OWN - WENT ON WITH THE FIRST TIME JVC LOGO SET UP SPLASH SCREEN AND AFTER THAT I REALISED THAT ALTHOUGH THE REMOTE CONTROL APPEARS TO WORK FINE WHEN I TRY TO ENTER THE MENU BY PRESSING THE OK(MENU) BUTTON AT THE SECOND PRESS OF THE BUTTON THE MENU LIST DISAPPEARS AND THERE IS NO WAY OF ENTERING THE MENU ALTHOUGH ALL THE OTHER BUTTONS ON THE REMOTE (RM-C1508)FUNCTION PROPERLY. THE JVC SERVICE INSISTS THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE REMOTE CONTROL AND I SHOULD GET A NEW ONE....I WOULD LIKE A COMMENT ON THAT

AV-32S585 Power light blinks every three seconds. Detailed information: (1) At plugin, the switchmode starts (2) A relay clicks, all the secondaries come up except the 140V as it's relay controlled. The horizontal drive also is present at the base of the HO output xistor. (3) The main power relay clicks and the switchmode shuts down. It repeats this sequence every 3 seconds. The manual says that this is a "neck protection" situation, but the "neck" line never changes. I have removed the crt board from the crt and the yoke plug from the main cba, with no change. Almost tempted to remove the anode lead from the crt, place a 60 watt light bulb around the 140V relay contacts, plug it in and see what happens. Been in the service business for almost 38 years and any help would be appreciated.

AV-32S585 Plug it in and all I get is a flashing power light. 3 second intervals. This is the series of events at plug in: (1) switchmode starts (2) a relay clicks and it attempts to start. Have all secondaries but the 140V which is relay controlled. That relay never closes. Horizontal drive to the HOT base is also OK. (3) a relay clicks and the switchmode shuts down. Then continues to do the above series over and over at 3 second intervals.
