Assistance with JVC product

    Hello Stacy: I have a JVC television (model AV-27120) that is stuck in the timer mode. This occurred without anyone putting it in timer mode. I left my residence for approximately one hour with the TV on and when I returned, there was no picture on the television screen and the red "on timer" light on the front of the television was flashing. I'm unable to get out of the timer mode although I've tried the controls on the front of the TV as well as the remote control (after installing new batteries). Also, I'm unable to turn the TV off except by diconnecting it from the power source. Can you advise me how to fix this problem? Thanks so much! Deborah

    I have JVC GR-270E and trying to connect it with PC using USB cable, but there is no success. I believe that camera should be recognized when USB cable is pluged in, but that is not the case. I've tried to install drivers first, and then connect the hardware, nothing happened. I'm useing XP OS! Could someone help me with the issue.

    Hello you probaby have heard of this problem already. Our church has a JVC AV32980. It stop working and only shows the timer light flashing with a clicking noise. I read that it is caused by a 1000uf 35V cap. Can you tell me if this is a fix and where this cap is located in the TV. and would a 50V cap be more stable. Just to let you know I am a retired ET from the NWS. Thanks for your help. Paul Stromberg

    Had AT & T Uverse installed 1/12/08. The next weekend, someone heard popping/cracking noises. Later in the evening, the color went out and the sound changes volume within programs. Went through trouble shooting with AT&T and they suggested we contact you for trouble shooting. TV is only 3 years old and all others hooked that weekend are fine. Maybe something came loose or disconnected? JVC D-Series booklet lists the following: For Models, AV-36D304, 32D304, 36D104, 32D104. Please advise if we need a technician to call or visit. Thank you.

    Hi, we have been having problems with our JVC 35" tv, model number AV-35750. The last couple of months the tv has been making buzzing sounds when you first turn it on and then buzzes everytime it goes to a commercial or goes to a black screen. Now, the tv is just making clicking noises and not turning on. Can you help us with ideas how to fix this problem? I have noticed that others have had this same problem in the past from reading your website.

    My JVC GR-DVL300 camcorder gives me the message Unit in Safegauard Mode EO4. I've changed tapes to new JVC and PANASONIC ones, and still. It is ridiculous that just after a year of using this product it is now crippled. Your help is appreciated.

    My RX-6010VBK Audio/Video Control Receiver has no Center or Rear output. When I run the "Tone Test" there is no sound out of those speakers and there are no indicator lights on the display. Yes I tested the speakers to see if they were faulty. What do you recommend I do next? Paul

    I have an jvc model # CA-MXGA77 that seems not to turn on at times is there a reset button?
