Had AT & T Uverse installed 1/12/08. The next weekend, someone heard popping/cracking noises. Later in the evening, the color went out and the sound changes volume within programs. Went through trouble shooting with AT&T and they suggested we contact you for trouble shooting. TV is only 3 years old and all others hooked that weekend are fine. Maybe something came loose or disconnected? JVC D-Series booklet lists the following: For Models, AV-36D304, 32D304, 36D104, 32D104. Please advise if we need a technician to call or visit.
