I have the GR-D30U, when in the M/A video mode the lcd screen, or the view finder tells me the lense cap is on. The lense cap is not on, and the screens are black no picture. Looks as if I am in the dark I received this DVC for christmas last year. Would this cameria be under warrenty still. Thanks,

Ma'am, I have a GR-DVL320A and I was using it as webcam with a firewire card recently. During one such usage, it suddenly it turned itself off. It wont turn on no matter what. I changed the batteries (both fully charged) and plugged in the charger. I also tried opening the tape deck and the tray refused to come out. The entire piece was behaving dead, as though it had no power. I suspect the power unit has gone off. Is there anything I could possibly do? The service centres in India are known to rip people off. Especially since I bought my piece from singapore. Thanks, Nikolai

I recently went camping with my family and my friend who is about to leave for college. I decided to videotape our trip for fun. I took my RCA camcorder and it worked fine all week. I've been back for about 3 days and I recently tried to plug my camcorder into the t.v. so I can watch the video. An error message pooped up that says the camcorder is in safeguard mode and i should remove and reattach the battery...which didn't help. I'm nervous because if it's broken my mom will kill me haha. The model number is CC6364 and the serial number is B336JY0GR. Please email me back and help me get this problem fixed. I would really appreciate it. -Brittany Arnett

I have a jvc digital video camera model number gr-d72u. Serial number 119Y1660. It has been telling me that the lens cap is on when it is not, and therefor I can not see anything through the camera. Can you tell me what might be the problem and how to fix it. Thank You Jenny

I have a JVC AV-27820 27" television. Has worked perfectly for about 4 years. Now the entire screen is blask except for a very thin line across the center of the screen. You can see in the thin line that the images are still there behind the black, and the sound is fine, but it just looks like the screen 'collapsed' down to the one line. I tried the vertical and horizontal controls but nothing changes. Any ideas on whta swrong and what part to fix?

I have a problem closing the lens cover on a JVC camcorder Model # GR-AXM225u. The lens cover open/close ring will not turn and I expect there might be sand inside. I have tried taking the front of the camcorder off but cannot find all screws to do so. How can i fix this? Thanks
