Ma'am, I have a GR-DVL320A and I was using it as webcam with a firewire card recently. During one such usage, it suddenly it turned itself off. It wont turn on no matter what. I changed the batteries (both fully charged) and plugged in the charger. I also tried opening the tape deck and the tray refused to come out. The entire piece was behaving dead, as though it had no power. I suspect the power unit has gone off. Is there anything I could possibly do? The service centres in India are known to rip people off. Especially since I bought my piece from singapore. Thanks, Nikolai
