I brought my videocam in your Makati Service Center for repair last May, 2006. Until now I haven't got any news whether the job has been completed or not. At least you keep your customers posted on the progress of the work. I lost your phone number in your office that is why I can't call. Please let me know what has really happened to my videocam now.
