Home | Previous messageI have a jvc digital video camera model number gr-d72u. Serial number 119Y1660. It has been telling me that the lens cap is on when it is not, and therefor I can not see anything through the camera. Can you tell me what might be the problem and how to fix it. Thank You Jenny
