I have a JVC HR-xvc26U DVD/VCR combo with a LP21036-038 remote. About two weeks ago I changed the batteries. Ever since then I have not been able to get the unit to work. The JVC TV remote will turn the DVD/VCR on and play either tapes or DVD's but the units remote does not work. I even tried re-booting the unit by unplugging it and leaving it unplugged for 10 minutes, then powering back up. I also tried re-doing the code for the remote per the instruction book. NADA. Can you help? Reply of list if possible. Thanks Russell

hi i bought a JVC digital video camra Model NO. GR-520U serial NO. 179L191 and i can not get it off of safe mode. it says to remove batery and i have and still nothing is there a rest botton or something on my camara to get it to work i havent had it very long and i havent got to use it much. so if you can help me out that would be great just email me thank you so much

I just sent a message and wanted to clarify my question. I have a JVC Camcorder Model GR SXM250U. When turned on there is a blank screen and a "lens cap" message appears; however, the lens cap is off. Can you help or explain why this is happening? Thank you again, Pam

I own a JVC TV, Model number: AV 36FA44. Today the TV screen became smaller then went dark. There was a loud "pop" noise then a burning smell; according to my daughter. Now when the TV is turned on, it will make a chirping sound with the on light on solid green. Once the chirping goes away, then the on light goes to flashing green. Please advise. Thanks, George Gray
