I have a JVC HR-xvc26U DVD/VCR combo with a LP21036-038 remote. About two weeks ago I changed the batteries. Ever since then I have not been able to get the unit to work. The JVC TV remote will turn the DVD/VCR on and play either tapes or DVD's but the units remote does not work. I even tried re-booting the unit by unplugging it and leaving it unplugged for 10 minutes, then powering back up. I also tried re-doing the code for the remote per the instruction book. NADA. Can you help? Reply of list if possible. Thanks Russell
