I have a JVC GR-DVM5 digital video camera. I want to connect it to my laptop to transfer images/video to computer files. My laptop has USB ports, but no firewire ports. What do I need to accomplish this?

Hello, My JVC TV, model number AV-32720, upon one morning turning the TV on does not show any picture, just a black screen, nor menu options - sound is ok and I can change channels. There has been absolutely no hint of a picture tube going bad. Here is a list of things I've tried. Bi-passed VCR - input cable direct to TV. Checked input cable by substituting another working TV - picture works. I've had the TV unplugged for over 6 hours. Replaced batteries to the remotes to see if reason for not accessing menu options. I've pressed the Closed Caption button in several different itterations with no success - again no menu options being displayed. By the way I have a 4 yr old and 2-1/2 year old if that helps any? I would appreciate any advice you might offer. Thanks.

We are currently having trouble with our JVC GR-D30U. Whenever we turn it on a message appears on the screen that says "Please Pause, Condensation". We have tried just airing it out to dry it but it hasn't seemed to work. We would appriciate it very much if you could get back to us and help us with this difficulty as soon as possible. The camera is used for our yearbook class at South Holt R-1 and we need to tape as many of the sports activities as possible. Thank you for your time. Colby Morris

I have a jvc camcorder gr-ax410, all of the sudden you can,t see anything in the viewfinder although everything seems to be working properly otherwise. You can hear the motor, watch the tape load and see other functions in motion, a month ago it was just fine. Thanx in advance, Bob
