I have received a JVC GR-D30us MiniDV Camcorderwith2.5-in.LCD-N/A for a gift. I am unable to install the tape and the viewfinder keeps displaying E06 Unit In Safegaurd Mode.....Remove and reattatch battery. I have done it several times and it still says the same thing. Could you please help me? The cassette holder won't pop up either so I can install the cassette. I would appreciate your assistance. Thank You !!!

No sound output from home surround sound - JVC THA10R to the right speaker. It suddenly stopped working. Is this a big problem? Speaker it self is OK, I changed right speaker wire to left and sound is there. Any ideas what the prblem might be? Many thanks

I have a JVC AV-27820 and I want to set up my DVD player. My cable company provided a box with its own remote control (I am not using the remote that came with the TV). The user guide which came with my TV does not give instructions on how to access my DVD player so I can watch movies. I think I have it connected right (I used the DVD user guide) but cannot find the channel on the TV to watch a movie. Obviously, I need help! Thanking you in advance for you assistance. Glenn Anderson
