Hello, My JVC TV, model number AV-32720, upon one morning turning the TV on does not show any picture, just a black screen, nor menu options - sound is ok and I can change channels. There has been absolutely no hint of a picture tube going bad. Here is a list of things I've tried. Bi-passed VCR - input cable direct to TV. Checked input cable by substituting another working TV - picture works. I've had the TV unplugged for over 6 hours. Replaced batteries to the remotes to see if reason for not accessing menu options. I've pressed the Closed Caption button in several different itterations with no success - again no menu options being displayed. By the way I have a 4 yr old and 2-1/2 year old if that helps any? I would appreciate any advice you might offer. Thanks.
