Hi, I have a JVC Model #JSA12670. The problem is with the size of the screen, it is way too wide. Both sides of the picture extend past the frame of the television by about 2-4 inches. Do you have any idea how to fix this problem? I do not have the original remote. Thanks for your help. angela

I have a Jvc d-series tv and when you plug it in the on timer light flashes. Now after leaving it sit for about a month and plugging it in it had turned on for not even a minute then turned off. Any idea what may be causing this? Any idea how to fix it?

Hi Stacy, I have a GZ-MG31U Hard Disk Camcorder. When I turn it on, I get a picture but when I press the record button it gives me this error: "HDD Error". I tried resetting and that doesn't make any difference. I tried to play back stuff that I have already recorded and nothing happens there either. Can you help me?
