Hi Stacy, I have a GZ-MG31U Hard Disk Camcorder. When I turn it on, I get a picture but when I press the record button it gives me this error: "HDD Error". I tried resetting and that doesn't make any difference. I tried to play back stuff that I have already recorded and nothing happens there either. Can you help me?
