Hi, I just got JVC camcorder 1 and 1/2 years back. A week ago it was working fine and I did not use it after that until now. Now both my viewfinder and LCD screen are blank. It just records sounds, but no picture. I can play back my previously recorded tapes. Any idea what the problem could be and how to fix it? Thanks, Kavita

JVC TV Model #AV48WP30 Serial # 14759663A No previous problems. Turn T.V. on an color all blurry - could not read writing because of colors. Tried adjusting CRT Color Convergence - it will not 'fix' all the way, then slides off again. When TV turned off and then on again - back to where ti started. Is there any way to get it to fix all 9 points? Is there a way to lock in what has been fixed? Is this TV worth fixing? It is 3 years old. Thanks Peter Carr

JVC T.V. Model # AV 48 WP 30 Serial # 14759663A Regarding Color Convergence. Put TV off a couple of nights ago - all OK Next A.M. the colors were bleeding into each other, writing was really difficult to read and picture was blurry. Pulled page 52 off the internet regarding Adjusting CRT Color Convergence. Can 'almost' get it right, but cannot get them all right and perfect at the same time. Then when turned off at night, and restarted next day, it has gone back to the blurry, color bleeding situation. Is there a 'set' procedure after I attempt to adjust convergence to as good as it gets.???? What needs to be done? Is this worth repairing?????? Thanks Peter Carr

I have a GRD30U that has no video at all. It may have been banged around a bit but can't be certain. Basically it has no video from the lens assembly. e.g. Record mode has audio but no video in LCD or viewfinder at all. Flashes lens cap and landscape indicator (focus?). Everything else works fine in play mode..

I shot in widescreen 16:9 (But not HD) with GY HD100. What is the setting to play 4:3? I can't un-squeeze it. I would accept letterbox. Thanks

Hi I have an Australian model cam corder GR-DVL1020EA which has problems when trying to insert a tape. It will travel in a short distance and then go into a safeguard mode then an E04 fault will come up. I have tryed cleaning the heads etc but it still does this.Any ideas?? regards Andrew

Hello Ihave JVC GR-DVL720U camcoder. Everything was OK until one day I have noticed msg on the screen. "E02 Unit in safeguard mode. Remove and Reeattach the battery" I want to point that when switched to Memory card the camer makes normal pictures and everything seems ok. Only on video mode I have that screen and nothing can be done. Please help. Kamil,
