my jvc GR-D244U has lost its plugnplay driver. i can take movies but cannot download and burn to dvd. it is about 18 months old and pnp quit about a year ago. i finally found your website so if you can help please do. thanx fletcher

Hi, I have a 27" TV that is around 6 to 8 years old. It has worked great. Suddenly the picture went red like. It is a shade of red and still does have the other colors barely noticeable. When I put the menu on the picture brightens and looks almost normal. When I take it off, it is hard to see anything. It is dull and a red like fog. One person told me it may need to be demagnetized. I tried to do the turn it off or unplug for 20 minutes and turn back on a couple times. No change. I wonder why the pic is almost fine when I use the menu? Sure would appreciate some help on this. We have a jvc gr-dx25ek digital video camcorder. If we try to record something the lcd screen just shows LENS CAP, even though the lens cap is not on and and it is being used on a bright and clear day. Can you please help us rectify the problem yours Hopefully. MrB Parry

ouR jvc TV Was running great! We love it. I just got dital cable and a dvd all working great, and turned it off. We'll we lost the original remote control to it so we use a universal remote that worked fine for turning it on, and the volume. I can't turn my TV on now but I noticed this red button flashing on and off. A friend told me it was the timer and he had to call a tv repair man, which I would rather not have that extra cost right now. But, I'm desperate to get it backto normal. I have tried un pugging,and plugging it in with no luck. I can't re-program a new remote because you need to turn off the tv, or turn the tv on? Help Me If you can. I'd be grateful for an answer, or some direction, since I can't find my manuel either. Thank You, Brenda Tillman

I have an AV-48WP74 and the convergence is messed up. The red is way out of wack and i go to the convergence menu and it will not re-align. I have been researching and the only thing I can come up with is the convergence IC'S are bad. I guess that is what the problem is but I do not know what or where that is. Any suggestions?? Is this a setting problem or an internal malfunction? I have an LT-32X576 and it was giving me problems since day one. It wouldn't give me any sound or picture unless I turned it off and on maybe about 40 times. When I finally got it to work, it was fine, but every time the cable box is turned off, it's the same problem. I dealt with it by always leaving the cable box on, and I was fine. Last week a rain storm disrupted the cable (the LCD was off at the time), and now there is no picture or sound and I have been trying to get it working for 4 days... Please help!

I have a camcorder JVC AV-110. No image on lcd screen, EOS mode, blank screen but it records. How to change it back to normal.
