If it is demagnatised you can purchase an item form pretty much any electrical hardware store that will re-maganatise your tv/monitor. It is generally a stack of curled up magnetic wire that releases pulses of energy when you activate it next to your tv (generally where the speakers are) and it will gradually over days get back to normal.
