I have a 48 inch jvc model number AV-48WP55. I just bought it used and when i hooked it up the volume is real low, i have to turn it to full volume and its makes a real fuzzy noise, It works it just sounds terrible. How should it be hooked in the back? whith just the cable wire or should i hook up audio cables, i tried but it didnt make much difference. Right now i have the audio cables and the verizon cable hooked up. Should i have the s video and audio to get the best results with your companys tv ? thank you brent kirkland

JVC 27 inch TV from around 1993 -- Model # AV-27CM3 I unplugged it for about a month. When I plugged it back in, it sounded as though it "clicked" when I turned it on, but the green light on the power button did not light up, and there is no picture. You can "hear" it turn on, but no picture. Is there some sort of reset button? I cannot find the manual. THank you very much. Kathy

Have a JVC Camcorder Model # GR-SXM250U I can not get it to veiw. It has sound but it is like something is not opening up. It has been used very little. But sure would like to get it to work again. Battery is full charged and it does everything but View. thank you Bob

Hi there Stacey: How can I contact you? I have a GR-D350 which JUST produced the Lens Cap error. Do you have photos available to show how to access the CCD ...OR, will JVC be willing to repair this unit. I realize that only 20 or so models had the bad SONY chips...but so many other people are reporting problems now also. Thank you for any assistance ..or perhaps you could point me in the right direction.

The details of the unit is as under : Product Name : Digital Video Camera Model Number : GR-D31EK Serial Number : 158H1489 During last 2 months I am facing problem while using it .... the following message is continuously appearing on the LCD screen .. "Condensation .. please wait" I went to Kolkata authorised service center but they failed to rectify the error. This is not the first time .. earlier also this problem occured and authorised service center engineer had rectified the error temporarily. Besides, while recording, every after 5 minutes the following message come .. "Head Cleaning Required" Hope I have clearly got you understood my problem.
