Have a JVC Camcorder Model # GR-SXM250U I can not get it to veiw. It has sound but it is like something is not opening up. It has been used very little. But sure would like to get it to work again. Battery is full charged and it does everything but View. thank you Bob

Bob, I have the same model that you do and I also have the same problem. I have used this camcorder on my honeymoon and one christmas. Now when I open the viewfinder, no picture is displayed, also it will record but only sound, no video. Have you had any success diagnosing this issue and getting it repaired?
