I have a JVC "D" Series, television. When it is turned on the screen tends to go completely black gradually from right to left until it is 75% completely black with only a strip at the left side where you can watch the TV.

Stacy, I have installed in my 1993 Ford Ranger pickup, a JVC Model KD-G230 (CD receiver). Yesterday, I installed a new battery in my truck, and of course, all the radio's memory was lost. The radio worked fine before the battery redo, by the way. Now, the power is restored to the unit, and all the radio's functions are up and running....all, but the audio. I have no volume, no static noise, nothing! I can't even get a squeek out of a CD, which the unit shows it's playing. Nothing outside of replacing the truck's battery has been done, but I can get no sound. I have tried twice talking with a so-called 'tech' person at JVC, but they couldn't even come up with any idea outside of sending the unit back to JVC. At least they could have said something like it's a security issue, eventhough I understand from a tech at Best Buy, who I bought the unit from and they installed it back in February, that this JVC unit doesn't have that high level of security system AKA code entry, in it. If you could shed any light on my dilemma, I'd sure appreciate it. Regards, Frank Earle

Regarding the GR-AX5GYU camcorder,I'm having trouble with the tracking (I think). In playback mode I get nothing but "snow" in the viewfinder. Can you help? Thanks, Jim

JVC TV model # PD-42V485 364W 42Inch 120v~60HZ (Approx. 4 YO) My tv is showing a green power button, when I try to turn it on it blinks and I can hear noise in the back ground and then it turns off automatically. Within 15 seconds. No picture comes on and the green light will continue to flash on and off slowly. I'm willing to call someone to fix it, but I'm very vunerable about the knowledge of the TV as my husband recently passed away and he wore the electrical pants in our house. Kind Regards, jo

Hi, My tv picture is showing shadow around every thing. I tried the auto and manual alignment, using the remote but with no lock. I am thinking that the red bulb is off aligmnent. Hello there, Hello, my JVC mini DV camcorder has been goiving me some probelms for last so many months. Here are the details about the camcorder JVC Digital Video Camera Model#: GR-D70U The problem is described below: When i turn ON my JVC GR-D70U, and move the record button to either 'A- automatic' or 'M- manual' the screen or LCD gets quite blurry and I am unable to record anything.If I go to the camcorder settings and click on 'Reset Camcorder settings', it helps some times, but most of the times, the picture still stays blurry. Then all of a sudden, the picture becomes clear and we are able to record something, but in the middle of recording, the screen will become blurry again. Is there a solution to this problem. Please let me know.
