Good day, I am having trouble with my mini dv unit model # gr-d30us ser # 148T3203 . When I open the viewfinder it reads condensation please wait. It takes anywhere from 12hour to all day to clears up? I have never exposed the unit to water, rain etc. I am thinking of bringing the unit to an authorized repair center for a check in pine brook NJ would you know the hours of operation there. Or a direct Phone # All I have is a toll free # no live person. Thank you.

I have an old JVC AV-2749S. The mute seems to be on and I cannot hear any volume. I have tired multiple times to mute and unmute with the remote but still can not hear anything. When i change the volume the bars are purple (i believe they were usually green) seeming to be in mute mode. But for some reason I cannot unmute the TV. Please help!

My JVC GR-D93 gives me the error message E03 when I insert a tape (any brand) and calls for the tape to be removed and reinserted. The tape will not advance. No dirt, never dropped, never a stuck tape. Any suggestions? Thanks

I have a 1988 JVC TV model AV-2637S, serial#12320769. I have it hooked up to a Cyberhome DVD Player, Sylvania VCR and a Sony Reciver. I know they are hooked up correctly, as we have watched DVD's before. We don't use this TV often, and so forget time to time how to get all the components working together properly. The current problem is I can't find the L2 channel. The TV use to go from 02 to AUX to L2 to 98. However, now I keep skipping over the Aux and L2 channels and going from 02 to 98. I have tried to look at the autopreset feature, thinking someone has erased these channels from view when scrolling. But they don't come up when you try to autoset the channels either. I know it has something to do with getting the TV on Aux L2 and then the DVD will play through the TV. I just can't get there. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?
